About:
Hani is a trial attorney with Kermani LLP. He exclusively represents individuals who have been injured or wrongfully denied insurance coverage benefits. Because of his fierce advocacy for his clients, Hani has been selected as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” an honor awarded to the top 2.5 percent of lawyers in California.
During law school, Hani externed for the California Supreme Court; served as a senior editor on the Hastings Law Journal; and competed on Hastings’ nationally-acclaimed Moot Court Team.
Outside of the courtroom, Hani is heavily involved in the community. He serves on the advisory board of Moms Against Poverty, a non-profit that fights to end childhood poverty around the world, and the Iranian American Bar Association, a non-profit that advocates for immigrant and minority rights.
